This policy explains how the website handles personal data, with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in mind. It applies to the website only.

The website has no accounts and no log-in, and it does not save what is typed into the booking form.

As of this update, the website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

As is usual for websites, the hosting server may keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for the security and operation of the site.

Submitting the booking form sends nothing to this website. Instead, it opens WhatsApp on your device with a ready-made message containing what you typed, and the message is sent only if you tap send in WhatsApp.

The message reaches the clinic’s WhatsApp number (0538588580), and the clinic uses it to arrange your appointment and reply to your enquiry. WhatsApp itself is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

The PDPL treats health data as sensitive data, so please do not include details of your health or medicines in the booking form or your first WhatsApp message, and do not send X-ray images.

Your name, mobile number and the service you need are enough to book; the dentist goes through your health with you at the visit.

Some pages include an embedded Google Map of the clinic’s location. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and the clinic’s social media accounts lead to independent services that this website does not control, each with its own privacy policy.

Under the PDPL you have rights that include knowing how your data is used, accessing it, and asking for it to be corrected or destroyed as the law allows.
